Corporate Legal Counsel

Support Turner & Townsend on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate contract matters across the US. Partner with Operations, Central Services, and Risk Management to manage legal risk, draft resolutions, maintain corporate records, and monitor corporate law changes. Handle corporate contracts (including government/public-sector agreements) and support dispute resolution activities such as claims, subpoenas, depositions, and court hearings with external counsel as needed.
