Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver onboarding and training programs across sales, customer experience, communication, English, leadership, and other business needs.
  • •Create, adapt, and personalize training materials based on business and learner needs.
  • •Deliver training via classroom, virtual, 1:1 coaching, and on-floor training.
  • •Conduct store visits across Egypt to deliver training and coach employees on the floor.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness, update content, support learning platforms, and collaborate with brands/internal teams on training needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience creating or adapting training materials and comfortable delivering on-floor/store and 1:1 coaching.
