Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth doula support for clients in Loula’s network.
  • •Maintain doula practice while working in a non-exclusive independent contractor capacity.
  • •Participate in Loula’s onboarding steps by completing the interest form and screening.
  • •Meet Loula’s minimum qualifications including CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance requirements.
  • •Work with Loula’s support services for insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and payment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Must be located in California to move forward with an introductory meeting.
