Job Summary

Provide technical client troubleshooting and project management support for a portfolio of Visa Direct Cross Border accounts. Coordinate client account processes including billing/invoicing and compliance-related inquiries, support performance reviews to identify growth and reduce attrition risk, and assist with contract renewals and offboarding. Partner across Sales, Product, Business Development, Billing, Compliance, and Support to resolve account issues and deliver ad hoc analysis as needed.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical client troubleshooting and project management support for a portfolio of ~70 WU Accounts, prioritizing strategic accounts and identifying scalable service opportunities.
•Coordinate internal client account processes to resolve account inquiries and issues, including billing/invoicing and compliance-related activities.
•Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews to identify growth potential and proactively address attrition risks.
•Assist with contract renewals and coordinate offboarding processes with relevant internal teams.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Business Development, Billing, Compliance, and Support teams and provide ad hoc analysis as requested.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in business operations and technical sales support, including supporting clients with technical issues and project management.
•Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Compliance.
•Strong project management and customer success skills with high financial acumen and analytical ability.
•Comfort communicating directly with clients and managing multiple urgent tasks in a virtual environment.
•Knowledge of Visa products and experience with FX and Global Payments is a plus; familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and/or MS Dynamics is a plus.
