Serve as a non-NMLS financial concierge for walk-in customers, delivering exemplary service and resolving customer issues. Help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit and other banking products. Follow a disciplined sales process, conduct follow-ups and outbound calling, and refer customers to deepen partnerships, while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
•Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
•1+ year of customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
•Cash handling skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
•Ability to provide customer service, communicate effectively, and present recommendations clearly.
