Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring-up and production test.
  • •Drive alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements ahead of tape-out and first silicon.

  • •Lead methodology transfer into execution to ensure tooling, methods, and engineers are ready for handoff.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of experience with IC silicon characterization, validation, product engineering, test engineering, or system integration.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with strong analytical skills and technical excellence.
  • •Ability to self-manage, show leadership, and demonstrate strong social skills.
  • •Deep hands-on engineering background with strong cross-functional communication (including US-based teams across time zones).
