Key Responsibilities

•Staffing the department and providing on-site product support to customers
•Assist customers with application of equipment
•Escalate customer issues to Service Manager and CQA Account Manager
•Troubleshoot on-site and document activity with ZOLL Tech Support
•Perform on-site preventive maintenance (PM) and software upgrades

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 31 hourly
