Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop healthcare strategies, clinical service plans, and estate strategies, including demand/capacity and population health assessments.
  • •Translate clinical and operational requirements into estate and accommodation solutions.
  • •Lead preparation of Strategic Outline Cases, Outline Business Cases, and Full Business Cases, including investment option appraisals and benefits realisation planning.
  • •Plan healthcare facilities by developing room schedules, department briefs, and accommodation requirements, and review design proposals for operational and clinical alignment.
  • •Build relationships with NHS clients and stakeholders, facilitate workshops/consultations, and present recommendations through technical documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare, Healthcare Management, Architecture, Planning, Public Health, Health Science Research, or Estate Management.
  • •Experience working within the Health sector, healthcare consultancy, or healthcare design sectors at a senior level.
  • •Understanding of healthcare service planning and healthcare estate planning processes.
  • •Experience working with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and report-writing skills, including stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
