Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive products at customer dock or shipping/receiving point, including unpacking and de-trashing materials if necessary.
  • •Record inventory receipts against packing slips, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory levels in storerooms and customer back-stock areas.
  • •Transport consumables on wheeled carts and stock POU locations based on required inventory schedules.
  • •Transact stocking quantities by item and location using a scanner and proprietary software, and download transactions to verify records and order generation.
  • •Perform regular POU audits, serve as the point person for inventory availability communications and escalation, and support special onsite projects.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •1+ years of prior work experience, with experience in material handling and/or clean-room environments preferred.
  • •Experience working in a GMP facility is desired.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing/walking most of the day and bending/stooping, squatting, reaching, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and pushing/pulling.
  • •Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
