Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the bridge between customers (brand owners, module makers, component makers, converters & distributors) and internal teams (R&D, ATS, production, quality, commercial, marcom) to speed new market scoping, customer clarification, and product launch.
•Develop and execute overall electronics business strategy in APAC, covering areas such as consumer electronics, auto electronics, display, semiconductor and data center, and electronics components.
•Investigate and summarize market dynamics and trends, value chain and competitor landscape, and customer segmentation to define product solution value proposition.
•Connect business and product line strategy to develop new product roadmaps that drive meaningful business growth.
•Own P&L for the electronics product family, including portfolio management, pricing strategy, and product commercialization, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and profitability.

Key Requirements

•Master with 5+ years’ experience or Bachelor with 7+ years’ experience related to electronics and product marketing.
•Deep understanding of electronics and electrical industry; experience with material solutions or PSA & adhesive applications is a plus.
•Familiarity with electronics value chain, process flow, and customer qualification process.
•Strong cross-functional and regional communication skills with customer interaction experience.
•Good written and spoken English.
