•Apply data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify process improvement opportunities.
•Drive measurable business outcomes by translating insights into operational and process changes.

Salary: USD 139,200 - 191,400 annually

•12+ years of related experience in process engineering, business transformation, operational excellence, consulting, program management, or technology-enabled business optimization.
•Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data to develop business cases, performance insights, and value assessments.
•Experience applying process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
