Job Summary

Support Raytheon’s LADS Electronics Procurement team by managing procurement for LADS programs. Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to shape sourcing strategies; work with and evaluate SOW documents; prepare and issue RFQs; analyze quotes and develop negotiation plans while handling exceptions. Document purchase orders and perform post-award management, collaborating closely with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy.
•Review and work with Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
•Prepare and issue RFQs and analyze quotes to lead negotiation plans and strategies.
•Address exceptions related to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, and Raytheon terms and conditions requirements.
•Formally document purchase orders and perform routine post-award management activities with supplier and IPT collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Procurement experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or other heavily regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, automotive).
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
•Experience in government procurement.
•Experience analyzing cost and pricing data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4).
