Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as FAL focal point for plant activities and suppliers, coordinating and monitoring to drive technical non-conformities toward timely resolution.
  • •Provide technical support to X-Plant production, including establishing/verification of technical content of non-conformities and documentation.
  • •Steer/challenge non-conformities, concessions, and OSW within assigned plant responsibility, leading drumbeat non-conformities as needed.
  • •Organize and facilitate regular supplier/partner meetings (e.g., Folio reviews, drumbeat, multi-function team reviews).
  • •Train, guide, mentor, and provide orientation support to new employees and trainees; represent ME X-Plant in projects and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Authorized to work in the US, with ability to work without current or future need of visa sponsorship.
  • •Participation and ability to successfully pass required Airbus courses (Gen Fam, SA Familiarization, AMS, Production Rules 80T, and others).
  • •Ability to foresee blockers, steer/challenge non-conformities, and coordinate across FAL and plant levels.
  • •Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and technical standards.
