Job Summary

Lead a software engineering team to create and modernize a retail banking internet interface, replacing legacy systems with a robust, secure, high-performing user experience. Partner with Digital Engineering, middleware, security, and core systems teams to build and maintain internet interface capabilities, advancement toolsets, and platform integrations. Optimize the Aurora delivery process using agile and containerized development, and ensure strong monitoring, logging, alerting, resiliency, recovery, availability, and engineering standards in a multi-cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the creation, modification, and implementation of a modern retail bank internet interface to replace the legacy interface.
•Manage a software engineering team and enforce modern engineering standards for functionality and performance/portability in a multi-cloud environment.
•Optimize the Aurora software delivery process using agile methodology and containerized development.
•Collaborate with architects, cloud services engineers, middleware, and technology operations to engineer secure, robust integrated platforms and ensure high availability.
•Oversee internet interface system design, maintenance, and performance, including resiliency, recovery, availability, and security requirements.
