Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and continuously improve field inventory operations that support installation and service teams.
  • •Maintain inventory availability to meet Level of Service (LOS) targets and optimize inventory levels and turns while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory risk.
  • •Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Demand Planning on replenishment timing, transportation decisions, and forecasted demand.
  • •Lead weekly operational reviews with DTH and Field Service teams; develop reporting/metrics/scorecards on field inventory performance and readiness.
  • •Support NPI pilots and seasonal kitting initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through analysis, root-cause investigations, and process standardization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, field operations, logistics, or related operational functions.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or operational programs.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational action.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with operational and business partners.
