Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, sort, and process incoming test materials and associated payments, including checks and credit card information.
  • •Scan, code, proof, and grade received continuing education activity documentation.
  • •Prepare, process, and send outbound certificates and related completion documentation.
  • •Handle sensitive participant information, including information subject to state reporting requirements.
  • •Update customer records and contact customers to resolve issues, and analyze trends to report potential issues to your supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 20 hourly
