Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute operations plans in the SIOP process.
  • •Serve as Continuous Improvement Champion for productivity, waste elimination, and variation reduction using root-cause problem solving.
  • •Lead daily plan execution supporting Manufacturing Engineers, Production Supervisors, Material Planners, and Quality Engineers within the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
  • •Ensure operational processes follow safety, quality, and environmental systems and procedures.
  • •Develop weekly/monthly production schedules and support EH&S integration; achieve IPT KPI goals and coach direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years supporting manufacturing production goals and operations planning, and at least 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Or equivalent military experience plus at least 5 years supporting manufacturing production goals and operations planning, and at least 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Must be a U.S. person under ITAR requirements.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Must currently reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY (active duty military exempt).
