Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers building connectivity infrastructure that powers tool use across Anthropic’s product suite (MCP proxy to OAuth and token management).

  • •Coach and mentor direct reports, providing career development guidance and helping them achieve goals.
  • •Partner with Connectivity engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to define the team roadmap and create clarity across an evolving environment.
  • •Establish and drive engineering best practices and operational rigor (on-call, incident response, postmortems) for infrastructure depended on by other teams and external partners.
