Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and administer procurement standard contracts.
  • •Negotiate main agreements while assessing opportunities and risks for Airbus.
  • •Support purchasing departments with additional procurement contract negotiations.
  • •Perform contract review and support buyers with contract management.
  • •Ensure flow-down of customer contracts and implement contractual/commercial strategies across supplier contract documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed law degree (or comparable) with good knowledge of contract law and commercial understanding.
  • •Long-term experience drafting contract templates and negotiating procurement contracts.
  • •Experience working with suppliers and/or customers in institutional and commercial contexts.
  • •Strong diplomatic approach to de-escalate conflicts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Fluent German as a native language and negotiation-level English; Spanish or French is a plus.
