Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora’s assets while supporting a safe, inclusive store environment. You’ll spend most of your time on the selling floor to deter theft, monitor store activity, and lead training and meetings to reinforce safety and shrink strategies. Partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager, investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, respond to incidents through professional de-escalation, and complete audits and reports, including court testimony if required.
