Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
  • •Assess schedule impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities; monitor deviations and variances and support corrective action methods.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure progress and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
