Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the organization.
  • •Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • •Run Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
  • •Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and track KPIs to support timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/BTech (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or other bachelor’s/master’s degree in computing/IT preferred.
  • •Healthcare IT and/or IT services delivery domain experience.
  • •Ability to guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • •Experience working with Product Developer to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • •Experience tracking KPIs to support delivery of high-quality products/solutions on time.
