Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the Task Force Raptor personnel security program, including personnel security, SCI and SAP access administration, security education, and compliance in coordination with WHCA Special Security Office.
  • •Process, track, and manage clearance actions, SCI nominations, SAP access requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, visit requests, and reinvestigations in DISS, NBIS, and successor systems while maintaining access rosters.
  • •Serve as the primary contractor security interface for DD Form 254 requirements and security classification guidance; draft and maintain the program security SOP.
  • •Execute continuous vetting and reporting obligations under Trusted Workforce 2.0, SEAD 3, and SEAD 4, including self-reporting, foreign contact, and foreign travel processes.
  • •Coordinate insider threat referrals and security incident inquiries, deliver security briefings, maintain training records, and support government security inspections, self-inspections, and audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) and an Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for SAP access and Yankee White.
  • •Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive DoD or IC security experience, including at least 5 years managing a personnel security program supporting SCI and SAP populations.
  • •Demonstrated experience as an SSO, CSSO, CPSO, or program security manager for a DoD or IC program operating at TS/SCI with SAP involvement.
  • •Working expertise in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5200.02, DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, ICD 704, SEAD 3 and SEAD 4, and Trusted Workforce 2.0 continuous vetting.
  • •Hands-on experience with DISS, NBIS, and NISS, including DD Form 254 and security classification guide interpretation.
