Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with service leaders, project managers, and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installation and repair work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing chiller equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software, hand-tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair chiller units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays, and work to eliminate downtime in high-stress situations.
  • •Follow safety standards, maintain security and accountability of assets, and provide coaching and training to less experienced technicians as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •5+ years of HVAC experience with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Proven experience performing start-up of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including commissioning and post-start checks and repairs.
  • •EPA certification required.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
