•Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
•Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered and maintain adherence to company policies to create a safe shopping experience

Salary: USD 22 - 25.5 hourly
