  • •Professionally represent SiteOne and its products to end users during delivery and installation.
  • •Provide expert guidance on proper/safe operation, maintenance requirements, and warranty policies.
  • •Communicate effectively with teammates, managers, branch associates, sales team members, and customers (verbal and written).
  • •Complete documentation on labor and parts and submit invoices for customer service and repair jobs using the SiteOne POS system.
  • •Conduct pre-construction meetings and product demonstrations as needed; travel locally within your territory as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of installation or field troubleshooting experience with central control irrigation systems or pump assemblies (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of project management, including scheduling and supervising subcontractors.
  • •Experience operating tools and equipment used for installation (e.g., hand tools, mini-excavators, mobile cranes).
  • •Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and how to work safely around pump control panels.
  • •Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (HDPE fusion experience/certifications and trade certifications are preferred).
