Job Summary

Support Mastercard’s Strategy & Business Excellence team in Europe by working across risk, pricing, strategy, and economics. Help deliver analytical and project outputs, identify opportunities to simplify recurring work, and test how approved AI, automation, and digital tools can improve productivity. Prepare presentations, reports, briefings, and concise document summaries, while coordinating actions by collecting inputs and tracking progress across functions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support analytical, strategic, and project-related activities across risk, pricing, strategy, and economics for assigned outputs.
•Identify opportunities to simplify recurring activities and explore how approved AI, automation, and digital tools can improve productivity and ways of working.
•Share learnings to help adopt improved tools, processes, and ways of working across the team.
•Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, briefings, and meeting materials.
•Coordinate projects by collecting inputs, monitoring actions, collaborating across functions and markets, and helping draft reports and follow-up notes.

Key Requirements

•Eligibility for a Rosetta / First Employment contract in Belgium (under 24 years old).
•A university degree in any discipline with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
•Genuine interest in AI, automation, and applying technology to improve business processes and productivity.
•Fluent in English (additional European languages are an asset).
