Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee program phases from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and customer expectations.
•Serve as primary customer contact, interpreting specifications and fostering strong relationships for collaboration and satisfaction.
•Develop and implement programmatic strategies aligning with corporate objectives to drive operational excellence.
•Manage contracts, cost, schedule, and performance metrics for company programs or subsystems.
•Provide regular updates to senior leadership and customers on performance, progress, and milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
•PMI PMP certification; Agile/Scrum or Six Sigma certifications a plus.
•5–7 years of progressive program/project management experience, preferably in aerospace/defense.
•Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and multi-project reporting.
•Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills; proficient with MS Project/Primavera and EVMS familiarity.
