Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a rotational program across Financial Control, Tax, Treasury, General Ledger, monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, projections, and budgeting.
  • •Prepare timely, accurate, value-added financial information and analyses for senior executive presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Monitor and measure financial performance for Kerry Americas against KPIs, partnering with commercial teams and business finance leads to analyze drivers of performance.
  • •Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting for the business unit, including communication and meeting agenda materials.
  • •Assist with standardizing finance processes and implementing improvements to drive efficiency; support commercial and operations analyses such as pricing, pipeline impacts, variance reporting, and master data auditing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field) from a four-year accredited program, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • •Ability to work in a team environment.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
