Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models at Carvana’s high-tech inspection centers, from timing belts and suspension work to heavy engine repairs. Troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical issues, including electric and hybrid systems, and complete fixes for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control components like AC and heater cores. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment with tools, training support, and mandatory overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs across all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Ensure work is completed in a production environment while following safety procedures and supporting customer delivery timelines, including mandatory overtime as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
