Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations across logistics, transportation, and warehousing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • •Develop and enforce SOPs for operations and ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of goods.
  • •Supervise and lead operations teams, including drivers and warehouse workers, including performance evaluations and coaching.
  • •Track operational budgets and control labor and transportation costs; monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and internal departments, manage reverse logistics for returns/damaged goods, and resolve operational issues while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
