Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring logic, sequencing, and progress are accurately represented.
  • •Create short-term and long-term construction plans integrating methods, resource requirements, constraints, and interfaces.
  • •Review, challenge, and approve subcontractor schedules for alignment with project requirements, logic, sequencing, and programme objectives.
  • •Track progress against the baseline, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to the project team.
  • •Produce weekly/monthly look-ahead plans, perform what-if schedule impact analysis, and report updates to site management and client stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Primavera P6 proficiency to build, maintain, and analyze complex construction schedules.
  • •Strong NEC4 experience, specifically clause 31 & 32 adherence.
  • •Extensive experience scheduling civil/structural, E&I, and piping work.
  • •Working understanding of MS Office 365, including MS Project.
  • •Construction planning experience on major construction projects (industrial, energy, infrastructure or similar), including review/approval of subcontractor schedules.
