Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and coordinate projects per WSP Project Delivery Manual and quality control procedures using Horizon.
  • •Monitor and help control budgets, expenditures, schedules, and provide progress and forecasting updates to the Project Manager.
  • •Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, assist with preparation of work orders, invoicing, and timely payment facilitation.
  • •Create and update project budgets and schedules, flag issues, identify needs, and prepare change orders.
  • •Maintain project files using document control, coordinate deliverable preparation/distribution, and support project notifications and closeout/archiving.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in consulting engineering project controls or related work with consulting accounting systems.
  • •3-7 years of experience in project controls or similar post-education roles.
  • •Basic knowledge of project management principles and PMI’s Body of Knowledge.
  • •Experience with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable systems.
  • •Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
