Job Summary

Lead and grow a team of senior iOS engineers building video creation and editing experiences for storytellers across mobile, web, and desktop. Set technical and quality standards across the iOS codebase, ensure architectural coherence and performance, and coach engineers in AI-assisted, agentic development with guardrails for correctness, quality, and security. Partner with Product and Design on strategy, drive scope and priorities, and represent the iOS team in org-level planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, grow, and support a team of senior iOS engineers delivering creative, user-facing features from design through production quality.
•Set technical and quality standards for the iOS organization, ensuring architectural coherence, maintainability, and performance across the codebase.
•Coach engineers on effective use of AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate responsibly.
•Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape product strategy and guide scope and priority decisions balancing user impact and long-term technical health.
•Create a safe-to-experiment culture by validating assumptions early, learning from user feedback, and using releases to continuously improve while developing talent through feedback and mentorship.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,200 - 275,400 annually

•5+ years shipping Apple applications, including complex, production-scale iOS products.
•Experience managing and growing teams of senior engineers, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development.
•Technical fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS SDK; able to review and influence architecture beyond day-to-day coding.
•Product instincts and UX sensibility, including familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
•Experience using AI-assisted development tools at a team level, including workflows and guardrails for AI-generated output.
