Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate quarterly and ad hoc risk identification activities across risk categories, business units, corporate functions, and significant legal entities.
  • •Support enterprise risk assessment methodologies by assisting stakeholders, and reviewing/challenging assessments for consistency, completeness, and alignment.
  • •Maintain and enhance the Enterprise Risk Inventory, including taxonomy alignment, validation of descriptions/classifications/drivers/ownership, and quality assurance on outputs.
  • •Prepare risk identification reporting for senior management, risk committees, and executive governance forums; analyze trends and concentrations.
  • •Build relationships with first-line and second-line partners to run workshops/challenge meetings, guide on standards, and support regulatory/internal audit inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, risk management, economics, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, compliance, audit, consulting, financial services, or related disciplines.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large data sets and reporting tools.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience using AI-related tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
