Key Responsibilities

  • •Own marketplace health across market, zone, and time of day, including courier availability, utilisation, productivity, supply forecasting, and key supply-side metrics.
  • •Run the end-to-end courier acquisition funnel, manage CAC targets and budgets, execute multi-channel acquisition programs, and connect acquisition directly to marketplace demand.
  • •Define global courier positioning and value proposition, drive supply performance marketing with the central Marketing team, and test messaging, channels, and offers.
  • •Own supply and acquisition budgets and ROI frameworks, build planning scenarios, and hold country teams accountable for supply investment efficiency and outcomes.
  • •Author and execute the global supply strategy and operating model, run global supply business reviews, drive cross-functional alignment, and translate operational problems into scalable product solutions.
