Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan effective non-emergency maintenance activities for the assigned Area Maintenance team.
  • •Ensure all resources (detailed operations, materials/spare parts, external labor, drawings/manuals, lockout procedures) are identified and available before scheduling.
  • •Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinator, Engineering, external vendors/contractors, warehouse, procurement, and production to ensure required resources are ready for execution.
  • •Enable maintenance work to be executed safely, reliably, cost-effectively, and in alignment with established work management processes.
  • •Support maintenance planning by organizing information and operational inputs needed for scheduled execution.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ experience as qualified craft personnel in the electrical discipline in a heavy industrial environment, preferably steel, metal, or manufacturing.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent technical and operational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and systems.
  • •Develop formal knowledge and gain certification in Shutdown Planning and in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to read/interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical circuitry diagrams.
