Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate client and vendor contracts, RFPs, NDAs, DPAs, consulting agreements, and other commercial agreements.
  • •Work closely with client service teams to resolve legal issues related to commercial relationships between Ipsos and its clients.
  • •Provide advice and support to business teams on data privacy and security matters, including applicable laws by jurisdiction.
  • •Create and improve standard forms, processes, and policies for recurring legal needs.
  • •Lead trainings of internal business teams on contractual terms, compliance, applicable laws, and codes of conduct.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree and J.D. degree from accredited institutions required.
  • •Minimum of 8 years’ experience working on commercial contracts in a law firm or a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
