Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of Billable Works projects across homes throughout the South East and South West, from planning through handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget and contractual requirements
  • •Coordinate all aspects of project delivery with Defence Infrastructure Organisation representatives, operational teams, contractors and supply chain partners while maintaining governance and financial control
  • •Oversee procurement activities, contractor performance, programme management, risk mitigation and reporting to ensure compliance with JSP requirements and health and safety standards
  • •Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identify opportunities for efficiency and value optimization, and support sustainability objectives including carbon reduction
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, contractors and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations to minimize disruption

  • •Proven experience delivering construction, compliance, infrastructure or facilities management projects within a complex operational environment
  • •Strong commercial awareness with budget management experience and solid understanding of project governance and contract delivery
  • •Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and CDM Regulations
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain quality, and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes
  • •Experience with project management systems and tools (e.g., Maximo) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
