Job Summary

Lead the Automation Center of Excellence to design, deploy, and scale digital transformation initiatives across the business, including RPA, AI/ML, and data-driven automation. Own project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver cost-effective, high-quality automation solutions aligned with strategic priorities. You will collaborate with technology, product management, and operations to implement solutions that improve services and client experiences, oversee resource planning, define KPIs, and drive change through training and communication.

•Facilitate change management through training and communication.
•Review existing procedures and recommend automation or process improvements; design new procedures where appropriate.

Key Requirements

•PMP certification is mandatory.
•12+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Technology, with 4+ years in digital transformation and emerging technologies.
•Proven experience in business process improvement and project management; ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
•Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with clients, vendors, and IT teams.
•Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
