Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow plant and department safety rules and use required PPE for all tasks.
  • •Support and maintain automation systems, including planning, scheduling, installation, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • •Implement and work with SCADA implementation and controls system design for production environments.
  • •Use preventive maintenance (PM) programs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Assist with installation, diagnostics, repair, and reliability of industrial control systems and equipment; develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and interfacing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and 7–10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to modify and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs (Allen Bradley preferred).
  • •Experience with SCADA, industrial communication, and PLC messaging.
  • •Experience in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment and strong project/time management skills.
  • •Strong troubleshooting ability, including defining problems, collecting data, and interpreting technical diagrams and procedures.
