Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of learning programs, workshops, leadership development, and onboarding across Mexico and Colombia teams.
  • •Plan and supervise training logistics, including scheduling, learning calendars, facilitator coordination, attendance tracking, and training materials/platform readiness.
  • •Partner with business leaders, HR, Talent Development teams, and external vendors to support learning priorities aligned to GCC growth objectives.
  • •Facilitate and deliver selected learning sessions, including new hire orientation and developmental programs.
  • •Maintain learning records in the LMS, manage learner communications and feedback, and report on participation, completion, and program effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with courses or certifications in Learning and Development (desirable).
  • •Fluent English (+C1) to communicate with English-speaking managers in different countries.
  • •5-8 years of experience in Learning, Training, Talent Development, Capabilities, or similar roles.
  • •Experience building learning programs using needs assessments, focus groups, surveys, and related methodologies.
  • •Skilled in program management, facilitation, instructional designing, and evaluating learning programs.
