Junior Procurement Officer - UAE National Only

Support Category Managers across the procurement execution lifecycle, from requirements definition through RFI/RFP, award, contracts, and administration. Handle tactical and low-value procurement using self-service channels such as P-Cards, managed catalogues, and guided buying from master service agreements. Deliver end-to-end procurement operations, ensure PR-to-PO conversion, maintain contract documents, and perform contract consumption tracking and reporting, partnering with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues.
