Own the end-to-end device setup experience for millions of customers, ensuring onboarding and activation through the Vivint mobile app are simple, fast, and reliable. Set the long-term strategy for setup across cameras, panels, thermostats, and sensors, align teams on roadmap and integrations, and define success metrics (quality, latency, relevance, engagement, trust). Lead cross-functional delivery from concept through launch and iteration across product, engineering, data science, design, QA, and sales.
