Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot AI assistant within the inbox.
  • •Use quantitative and qualitative research (metrics, analytics, user feedback) to identify and prioritize continuous improvements.
  • •Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • •Partner deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes and collaborate with marketing, data, sales, and GTM.
  • •Drive clarity and alignment among stakeholders, including executives and adjacent teams.
