Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) by preparing intentional learning spaces.
  • •Support smooth transitions into afternoon activities and dismissal; warmly greet children and families.
  • •Observe children closely to understand and support individual needs.
  • •Assist with preparing and maintaining a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
  • •Support individual and small-group learning activities and collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to build a strong classroom community.
