Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards, safely handling and moving vehicles on dealer lots
  • •Verify vehicle identification, VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options; ensure accurate data entry into inspection systems
  • •Inspect and document vehicle exterior and interior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, seating, dashboard, installed options, and basic mechanical checks
  • •Identify and document damage, missing components, or inoperable features while maintaining compliance with standards such as the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports, use Salesforce.com for reporting and tracking, and collaborate with other Manheim teams while maintaining dealer relationships
