•Plan and manage CI initiatives including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
•Apply problem-solving methods (e.g., FMEA) to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process standardization.
•Communicate project status and results to stakeholders and present recommendations for process improvements.

Key Requirements

•At least 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
•Experience in project management and budget control.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with experience in project management.
•Strong coordination and communication skills.
•Green belt certification is preferred.
