Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage CI initiatives including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • •Apply problem-solving methods (e.g., FMEA) to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process standardization.
  • •Communicate project status and results to stakeholders and present recommendations for process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • •Experience in project management and budget control.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with experience in project management.
  • •Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • •Green belt certification is preferred.
