Job Summary

Lead a multidisciplinary climate resilience and adaptation team within the Carbon and ESG practice, delivering Net Zero resilience and ESG technical advisory for infrastructure and business clients. Strengthen climate risk assessment and adaptation offerings across the UK and EMEA, develop practical service propositions, and contribute to business growth through winning and delivering client work. Manage and mentor colleagues while ensuring high-quality, commercially successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and deliver commercially successful climate resilience/adaptation projects while maintaining high-quality outputs.
•Develop and strengthen climate change risk assessment and adaptation service offerings in collaboration with practice leadership.
•Support delivery of the business plan by growing market share across infrastructure (energy, transport, water) and government/wider business resilience across the UK and EMEA.
•Win work with new and existing clients across the UK and EMEA to drive expansion of climate change adaptation and resilience services.
•Develop talent within the team through line management, mentoring, and upskilling colleagues on climate change resilience and adaptation.

Key Requirements

•Experience developing climate change resilience and adaptation strategies at an organisational level, ideally interpreting climate observation and projection data.
•Experience conducting climate change risk assessments for infrastructure systems and assets, including designing adaptation and resilient solutions (engineered and natural).
•Experience advising infrastructure sectors such as transport, water/wastewater, waste, energy, urban infrastructure, and government/local government.
•Proven track record winning and delivering climate change risk assessment and adaptation strategies for infrastructure, urban/regional, and/or business clients in the UK and overseas.
•Strong experience with climate change adaptation projects and understanding how infrastructure interventions, spatial planning, and governance improve sustainability and resilience.
