Support comp plan rollout and provide trusted commission reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Run the full commissions payout cycle for monthly and quarterly periods end to end, partnering with Finance and Payroll.
•Own and administer CaptivateIQ by configuring and maintaining plans, rules, rates, and data feeds as the source of truth for commissions.
•Reconcile and validate commission data across Salesforce, Looker, BambooHR, and CaptivateIQ to ensure accurate, traceable, audit-ready payouts.
•Handle commission inquiries, disputes, and adjustments for reps and managers with clarity and speed.
•Continuously improve commissions processes using AI to automate repetitive work and support comp plan rollout with RevOps and Finance.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

•Hands-on mastery of CaptivateIQ (or comparable ICM tooling) including plan configuration and day-to-day administration.
•Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills working with large data sets and CRM/BI tool data (Salesforce & Looker).
•Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with a track record of hitting payout deadlines.
•Fluency in English and clear written and verbal communication for sensitive compensation conversations.
